Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I create a space?
  Open the app and tap the "+" button on the home screen. Give your space a name and a question, then share the invite code with your group.
• How do I join someone else's space?
  Tap "Join Space" on the home screen and enter the 6-character code shared by the space owner, or open the invite link directly.
• What voting methods are available?
  Lumen supports three voting methods: Single Choice (pick one), Star Rating (rate each option), and Token Allocation (distribute points across options).
• How do I manage my subscription?
  iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
  Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.
  You can also manage your subscription from within the app under your profile settings.
• How do I cancel my subscription?
  You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (see above). You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• How do I delete my account?
  You can delete your account from within the app under profile settings, or visit our account deletion page. You can also email support@lumen.quest to request deletion.
• Is my data secure?
