Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Lumen account and what happens to your data.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your spaces, ideas, votes, settings, and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

Your account credentials and profile information
All spaces, ideas, votes, and associated content
Your app preferences and settings
Subscription information (your subscription will be canceled)

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Lumen app
Go to Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision when prompted

Option 2: Request via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 48 hours.
